Comfortable, stay put while I'm training and — importantly — don't spend half the session trying to escape my head.
I don't use it for squats anymore, but it's brilliant for making Smith-machine glute bridges considerably less painful.
Because I like lifting weights. I am considerably less enthusiastic about the calluses that come with it.
Simple, inexpensive and especially useful for elevated goblet squats and adding a little more to lower-body sessions.
Big enough for the ridiculous number of things I apparently require to lift weights — without feeling like I'm moving house.
Mine isn't.
This is simply a collection of the products, shortcuts, ideas and discoveries that make a busy life work a little better.
If I recommend something here, the aim is simple: it should be genuinely useful.
Because fully sorted sounds exhausting. Mostly sorted will do nicely.
